To see more details about Sanderson Drake’s fees, please review their Conditional Fee Agreement. If you decide to cancel your agreement before you receive a final offer you may be charged a fee. Additional charges may also be applied to your invoice if you do not pay your invoice on time.
If you have a successful claim, then please make your payment on time. In cases of non-payment, there may be extra charge for the additional works undertaken in the recovery of the unpaid invoice.
No Win No Fee
All of our Claims and Refund services are offered on a no win no fee basis, meaning you don’t pay any fees unless your claim is successful and you receive compensation. You have 14 days to cancel any fee agreement without any penalties, however if you cancel after 14 days there may have been work done on your case and you may be charged for this.
